Chef Jarvis Holloway has always loved culinary arts, a talent he inherited from his mom, who worked tirelessly in the food industry for multiple decades. Chef Jarvis got his inspiration from watching the famous TV Chef personality, Martin Yan. A young Chef Jarvis would walk around his kitchen using the common phrase, " If Yan can cook, so can you."
So armed with determination and passion, he went on and enrolled at LeCordon Bleu in Portland, Oregon. After Chef Jarvis graduated, his life was about to change forever. He met his mentor, Chef Wolfgang Puck. He credits him for the guidance he provided that had everything to do with making him the success he is today.
Chef Jarvis has nurtured his culinary skills for over two decades by working in some of the best restaurants nationwide. His love of the arts has allowed him to caterer to many celebrities and dignitaries along the way.
Always excited about the goodness of food, both in nutrients and taste, Chef Jarvis teaches Culinary Arts for the local high school.
